Steps to Admissions
After you have attended a tour, we ask that all students ages 5 and older participate in a class visit. This gives us an opportunity to make sure the Montessori environment is a match for your child. This will be scheduled directly with a member of our Admissions Team.
Once the class visit has been completed, the Admissions Team will determine if enrollment will be offered. In viewing prospective students, we always strive to ensure that the family’s and school’s core values, goals, and expectations of the child are the same. Siblings of currently enrolled students are given priority, followed by students who have previously been in a Montessori environment.
Once enrollment is offered, families will have 48 hours to accept the placement. In order to secure placement, the school must receive a signed Tuition Agreement and a non-refundable enrollment fee must be paid. Families must also create an account with our online tuition management program, FACTS, and create a payment plan for the school year they are enrolling for.
Starwood Schools will continue to accept enrollments throughout the year if spaces are available.

Wait Pool
Students who have completed the admissions process and have been accepted when our programs are full will be placed in a wait pool. We must have a signed Enrollment Contract and non-refundable enrollment fee paid through FACTS Tuition Management for a child to be secured in the wait pool. If spaces do become available, the admissions team will review the applications of students who show a continued interest in Starwood Schools and consider students based on classroom composition and other factors. Families will be notified when a space becomes available for their child and will have 48 hours to accept by making the first tuition payment and completing the required student paperwork. If a family does not accept and/or does not complete the necessary steps within 48 hours, the student will return to the wait pool, if desired, and another student will be offered the space. All tuition and fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.Non-Discrimination Policy
Starwood Schools does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, religious or spiritual beliefs, marital status, family configuration, handicap, or political affiliation in the administration, rendering of services, or in the employment of personnel.
